Terms and license

These terms cover plugins bought from ajxtplugins.com. The site is run by Ajay Thapa Magar, Sydney, Australia.

Who sells to you. Payments in Nepali rupees through eSewa are sales by A.J.X.T. Production Pvt. Ltd., Dhapakhel Height, Ward 23, Lalitpur, Nepal (PAN 619753177). Payments by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay are sales by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record, under Paddle’s own buyer terms, for Ajay Thapa Magar, a sole trader in Sydney, Australia (ABN 71 705 336 976).

What you buy. A licence to use the plugin, not the plugin itself (the full license is its own page). One purchase covers one person on the computers they personally use, for personal and commercial projects, with no limit on the number of videos. You may not share, resell, redistribute or include the plugin files in another product. Collected Looks uses a licence key tied to your email address; if you change computers, reset it through My plugins.

Downloads. After paying you get a download page and an email with the link. Your plugins stay available in My plugins, signed in with the email you paid with. Keep a copy of the installer: links expire, the page does not.

Updates. Updates to the same major version are free and announced by email to buyers who asked for them. Nothing here promises a particular feature or support for a DaVinci Resolve version beyond what the product page states at the time of purchase.

Refunds. See the refund policy.

Liability. The plugins are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, AJXT is not liable for lost work, missed deadlines or other indirect loss, and any liability is limited to the price paid. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.

Changes. These terms may change. The version published at the time of your purchase applies to it.
