Refunds

How you can get a refund depends on how you paid.

Card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. These purchases are sold by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. You can cancel and get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason, as set out in Paddle's buyer terms. Email [email protected] from the address you paid with, with your order number (AJ-xxxx), or contact Paddle through the link on your receipt. Refunds show up in 5 to 10 business days.

eSewa (Nepal). These purchases are sold by A.J.X.T. Production Pvt. Ltd. The plugins are digital downloads delivered instantly, so there are no refunds for change of mind, for buying the wrong plugin, or for not checking the compatibility notes on the product page. Every plugin has a demo on its page so you can see what it does before you pay. If a plugin does not work on a setup its product page says it supports, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase, with the order number and what went wrong. We will try to fix it with you first. If we cannot, we refund in full to your eSewa account.

A refund ends the licence: download links and licence keys for that order stop working.

Nothing here removes rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.
