License

The short version: buy a plugin once, use it on your own computers, in any video you make, for as long as you like. Don’t pass the files on. The longer version is below, in plain words.

One person, their own machines. A purchase is a licence for one person. Install it on the computers you personally use, at home and at work. A studio or team needs one licence per person who uses it. Collected Looks is tied to your email through a licence key for two Macs; if you change computers, reset the activations yourself in My plugins.

Any project, personal or paid. Use the plugins in client work, ads, YouTube, films, courses, anything you make. No extra fee for commercial use, no credit required, no limit on the number of videos.

Yours for good. The licence doesn’t expire. Updates to the same major version are free, announced by email to buyers who asked for them. Keep a copy of the installer: download links expire, your purchase does not.

What the licence doesn’t cover.

  • Sharing, selling, lending or giving away the plugin files or your licence key, including on shared drives, torrents or in a pack.
  • Including the plugins, or pieces of them, in another product for sale or for free.
  • Decompiling, disassembling or otherwise reverse engineering the plugins, by hand, with software or with an AI tool, except where the law expressly allows it.
  • Using the plugins or their output to train a machine-learning model.
  • Removing or altering copyright notices.
  • Transferring the licence to someone else.

If it goes wrong. The plugins are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, AJXT is not liable for lost work, missed deadlines or other indirect loss, and any liability is limited to the price paid. Nothing here removes rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded. A licence ends if its payment is refunded, reversed or charged back; delete your copies when that happens.

Who you’re dealing with. Purchases in Nepali rupees are from A.J.X.T. Production Pvt. Ltd., Lalitpur, Nepal. Purchases by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay are from Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record, under Paddle’s buyer terms, for Ajay Thapa Magar, sole trader, Sydney, Australia.
